# Usage and licenses

## Logo and brand artwork

The original logo files were supplied from the owner's WS Agency brand folder. This kit is intended to identify WS Agency and accurately credit its work. The software license below does not grant trademark rights, transfer ownership of the logo or imply endorsement. For uses beyond truthful attribution or an authorized WS Agency project, confirm usage with the brand owner.

Original artwork remains unchanged under `sources/drive/`. Derived recolorings, badge compositions, social templates and icon layouts are identified in `sources/manifest.json`. No blanket open-source license is assigned to the original brand artwork.

## Fonts

Each font family retains its upstream SIL Open Font License 1.1 in `assets/fonts/<family>/OFL.txt`. Keep those notices with redistributed fonts. Read the original licenses for their full conditions; this document does not replace them. Font source URLs and checksums are recorded. Font-file licenses and brand-artwork permissions are separate.

## Example code and build tools

HTML/CSS integration examples, gallery code, token definitions, validation and build scripts are provided under the MIT license in `LICENSE-CODE`. That license excludes logos, derived logo compositions, source artwork and font binaries. Font files carry their own licenses; the original brand artwork has the boundaries above.

## Third-party client brands

The archived Drive collection contains the WS Agency brand folder. Client logos, project screenshots and unrelated marketing-site media have not been included. A third-party application's own license and branding rules still apply when adding an agency credit.

## Gitea logo

The gallery repository link uses Gitea’s upstream `assets/logo.svg`, preserved under `assets/vendor/gitea/` with its original MIT `LICENSE`. Exact source URLs, Git blob IDs and SHA-256 hashes are recorded in `sources/vendor-sources.json` and the manifest. This identifies the repository hosting service and does not imply endorsement.
