# Croatian company and website disclosures

Checked against the official sources below on **12 October 2026**. This is an implementation guide for ordinary company/product websites, not a legal opinion or a complete sector-specific compliance audit. Have the company's legal/accounting owner confirm the completed notice and the obligations applicable to each product before publication.

## Company website: the core notice

For a Croatian d.o.o., [Zakon o trgovačkim društvima, Article 21(1), (2), (4), (5)](https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2011_12_152_3144.html) requires the registered company identity and website disclosures below. The cited official consolidated text is from 2011, not a newly consolidated 2026 edition; the later [NN 136/2024 amendment](https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2024_11_136_2248.html) does not change these clauses.

| Detail | WS implementation |
| --- | --- |
| Registered name and registered office | WEB rješenja d.o.o. za usluge; Markuševečka cesta 115, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia |
| Registration court and number | Trgovački sud u Zagrebu; MBS 080900193 |
| Account providers and accounts | Legal name and registered office of each provider, plus current company account numbers / IBANs. Awaiting confirmation. |
| Share capital and payment status | Registry: HRK 20,400 / informative EUR equivalent 2,707.55. Full payment or unpaid portion still needs confirmation. |
| Management | Kristijan Lukačin, Tamir Al Zoubi, Dalibor Stojaković — registry snapshot; recheck when changed. |

Use the registered Croatian name; an English registered translation accompanies it. Do not publish directors' personal OIBs or home addresses. Additional share/director disclosures apply to d.d. companies and other legal forms.

## Information-society services

[Zakon o elektroničkoj trgovini, Article 6](https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2003_10_173_2504.html) adds directly and continually accessible provider identity, registered office, direct contact including email, and register details. Include supervisory/professional details where applicable and the tax number when VAT-liable. Show prices clearly and explain taxes, delivery and other charges. The [2025 DSA implementation act, Article 25](https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2025_04_67_857.html) repeals other specified provisions, not Article 6.

For WS, also show **OIB 97669668809**, hello@ws.agency and the relevant product contact. Do not infer a verified VAT registration simply by prefixing the OIB with HR. Confirm the VAT identifier with accounting.

## Consumer sales and subscriptions

When selling to consumers, apply the [Consumer Protection Act, NN 19/2022](https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2022_02_19_203.html), especially Articles 10, 60, 74 and the withdrawal provisions, together with its amendments. Explain the product, seller/contact, total price and recurring charges, payment/performance, term and cancellation, complaints, withdrawal rights and applicable exceptions before purchase. Include legally required digital compatibility/functionality information. A payment-order control must make the payment obligation explicit. Publish clear written-complaint instructions and operate the 15-day response process.

The [2026 amendment, NN 59/2026](https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2026_06_59_728.html) changes pre-contract information and complaint visibility. Article 28 adds Article 81.a: for distance contracts concluded through an online interface, provide an easily found online withdrawal function throughout the withdrawal period, confirmation step and prompt durable receipt. That rule took effect on 19 June 2026; the relevant updated Article 60/74 information rules took effect by 27 September 2026. Implement the real flow, not a decorative footer link. Supply required pre-contract information in Croatian, with other languages alongside it as needed. Confirm exceptions and early performance for each digital offering; do not assume every subscription loses withdrawal rights immediately.

Do not add the obsolete EU ODR-platform link: [Regulation (EU) 2024/3228](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX%3A32024R3228) repealed the platform regulation from 20 July 2025. Assess applicable alternative dispute-resolution information separately.

## Privacy, cookies and accessibility

When processing personal data, provide the information required by [GDPR Articles 12–14](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2016/679/oj/eng/): actual controller/contact, purposes and legal bases, recipients/transfers, retention, rights and complaint route, plus other applicable disclosures. Explain the real product's processing. Do not copy another product's analytics/SDK list or automatically designate the developer as controller.

For cookies or similar device storage, follow [AZOP's guidance](https://azop.hr/obrada-osobnih-podataka-kolacici/): obtain consent before non-essential storage/tracking, allow refusal and withdrawal, and keep information accessible. Necessary-only sites do not need a consent banner just to display one. Audit the actual deployed scripts, embeds and hosting before making a tracking claim.

Assess whether the [Accessibility Requirements Act, NN 89/2025](https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2025_06_89_1231.html), Articles 3–4, 15 and Annex V, covers the service. Covered e-commerce services need accessible service information and applicable accessibility measures; the act includes exemptions, including for microenterprises providing services. Do not assume every private website has the same obligation. [NN 114/2026](https://narodne-novine.nn.hr/clanci/sluzbeni/2026_10_114_1371.html), published 7 October, enters into force on 15 October 2026; recheck its changes for releases after that date. Public-sector sites and regulated services need their own additional assessment.

## Placement and reusable company data

Recommended structure: every page's footer links to **Company details / Podaci o društvu**, **Privacy / Privatnost**, and applicable **Terms, Complaints, Cookie settings and Accessibility** pages. Keep links readable, reachable without an account, and available on mobile. Required checkout information must also appear at the appropriate purchasing step. The statutes prescribe information and accessibility; this particular page structure is our implementation recommendation.

The [company record](../data/company.json) feeds the [company-details example](../examples/company.html) and [mobile examples](../examples/mobile.html). Its `legalNoticeReady` flag is **false** until accounting confirms capital payment status, account-provider details and VAT status. Null fields are unknown, not zero or “not applicable.” The example is visibly incomplete and must not be copied as a finished statutory notice.

Address verification: the [Sudski registar entry](https://sudreg.pravosudje.hr/ords/r/esudreg/public/podaci-o-poslovnom-subjektu?p28_sbt_mbs=080900193&cs=12252422A348C3904E6A11D5FEF5197E9) shows the street and Zagreb but no postal code. [Hrvatska pošta's street lookup](https://www.posta.hr/pretrazivanje-ulica-u-gradu-zagrebu?vrsta=zagreb&pojam=Marku%C5%A1eve%C4%8Dka&tvrsta=zagreb&zupanija2=) maps Markuševečka cesta to **10040 Zagreb-Dubrava**. Use 10040 Zagreb in the shared address; Talkyto's existing 10000 is a downstream correction to schedule separately.

The registry displays HRK 20,400 with an explicitly informative EUR equivalent of 2,707.55. Use that official registered amount with its qualification. The displayed entry does not state whether it is fully paid; obtain the payment status separately.
